Due to the limited space on our Scheduled trucks we typically cannot ship tack. On Private Charters, yes we do. If you are needing tack shipped this needs to be noted on the contract and approved at pickup by the driver.

Private Charters are great if you have a group of horses needing to go from one destination to another on a specific schedule. Our pre-scheduled runs make lots of stops, so to get your equines delivered in time a Private haul is a great option! With a Private haul you work with us to pick your dates. No other horses will be loaded with your horse(s). 

If you are moving and need tack to be moved with the horse, a private charter allows any extra space to be allocated for tack to be shipped safely. 

Private Charters can go anywhere. If you cannot meet the scheduled truck but need door-to-door service and have multiple horses - a charter might be a better option both for time and cost efficiency. 

We book tentatively first. This means paperwork is exchanged which holds your spot. 1-2 weeks before the departure date you will receive an invoice, at that time we expect a deposit to guarantee your spot on the trailer. Full payment is due before delivery. We accept credit card or e-transfer.
